Hexohm and nasy

I've been reading about both of these mods but I am missing something.
As I understand it they are both mechanical mods but have a pcm.
The nasy states it is only good down to 0.30 ohms where the hexohm says its good to 0.10 ohms.
What is hexohm doing different to allow the lower ohm on the builds?

The nasy if they use a board are PWM boards which run full voltage of the battery all the time. SO its all about the batteries you have. Since 20amp is about the standard for 18650s Anything below .3 can draw over 20 amps
The hexowm is VV or Variable voltage form i think 3-6v and it is actually regulating the power much like a VW mod the regulator limits the build not the batteries
