High input error

I'm getting this high input error on smok x cube ultra even tried two different sets of batteries besides my own and high input still occurs also happens with or without a atomizer on and different atomizers on didn't work.
How do I get my device running again?

What are you using on top? What's the resistance?

No its not for warranty and I have been using tfv12 (0.12) and thundercloud plus v3 rda parallel build at 0.17 also ignition style rda custom single coil 0.17

Just posing the question in general, but how the hell do newbies end up with gear pushing .12 ohms?
