How strong is CAP marshmallow compared to FA marshmallow

I just got CAP marshmallow. Been using FA for a while. How strong is CAP compared to FA? Is it a 1:1, 2:1, etc.

No experience with Capella Marshmallow but imo :

Capella range : 11%-16% (14% is generally good)
Flavour Art range : 02%-07% (4% is generally good)

I just got CAP marshmallow. Been using FA for a while. How strong is CAP compared to FA? Is it a 1:1, 2:1, etc.

In alot of my recipes, 1-2% of caps marshmallow is noticeable and tasty. Its not much less concentrated than FA, from what ive noticed.
I wouldnt say its a 2:1, more like if a recipe calls for 1%FA marshmallow, use 1.5% cap.

Thanks, I am working on a mallo cup. First try not right. This helps. Too much chocolates.

Chocolates are a tricky one, but once you get the fundamentals of it down, you will be a master at it.

I think I have around 3 or 4 different chocolates and they all kind of respond differently then the other.
