How to build parallels

When u build ur parallels do u start with the bent loop and star ur wrap there or do u start with the 2 ends together?

When I used to make parallel, I used to hold the loop end and coil with the open ends. This gave me good grip. And it was easier for me to tighten the wraps after completion using the open ends.

Me too, same as what Puneet said

You can twist each end after you make the coil, too
