How to convert adding 12 nic solution to a 1.5 premixed vape ready to get to 3 mg

i have unused premixed vape ready at 1.5 mg. I want to add 12 mg base to it to get to 3mg to use it up. Any suggestions or easy conversions?

Would this math be correct - equal parts
12.5mg (solution)+1.5mg (base),+1.5mg+1.5 mg+1.5mg=18mg. 18mg/5= 3.6mg

To make 120ml each part would be 24ml?
