The RTA is easy get shorting problem. ( why? because the oxide insulating layer get abrasion)
Take off the base part, it is still shorting
Unscrew the positive pin
take off the part on the left
unscrew and take off the longer post
food wrap on the right
cover the longer post with food wrap
install the long post
install the round part
testing , it is ok now
