How to "hold" the strawberry in juices (during time or steeping)

Hi you guys, salute to all.

I read one user point of view, but just can't find the thread anymore.

He was talking about a recipe of another user and say some flavors need like 10-15 days to steep, but the mixer didn't put anything in there to "hold" the strawberry flavor.

So, in his opinion, when the juice is steeped, the custard and others things will be fine, but the strawberry taste will fade.

Is there something you guys do to "hold" the strawberry taste during time in you DIY juices?

Best for you gilrs and boys.

Just depends what Strawberry flavors you use. If you want a strawberry flavor that only gets better as it steeps, I recommend inw shisha strawberry mixed with RF SC strawberry. Those two go great with custard as well.

You can let it steep for months and it will not fade.

Here you go. Read the notes in the recipe. I've steeped this one for 3 months and it gets better and better instead of fading.

That works. In my favorite strawberry cheesecake I use 2% fa strawberry and 1% tfa strawberry ripe along with .25% inw shisha strawberry. I can't say how long it'll hold up because 240ml only lasts me about 6 or 7 days! :)
