Over time, the printed numbers and lines on syringes wear off. Just cover them with clear tape or a layer of clear fingernail polish, and you'll never have that problem.

Such a simple tip, I know - but it sure has been helpful to me.

I tried the nail polish trick, but it smeared the numbers on the syringe! Maybe it was the nail polish?

I put new labels on all the PV bottles - you warned me about that, wllmc, early on - thanks!

I use all glass syringes. They don't wear out, & the numbers are made into the glass. More expensive but worth it to me. EBay has a great selection.
I want to get me some of these . pretty fair price actually as long as my clumsy self can keep from breaking them

Before I switched over to the scale, I marked my syringes with a knife. Seems like it would be a pain, but I did around 100 during a Breaking Bad episode. I have no data on this, but for some reason, I worried the nail polish would accidentally chip or rub off, and I'd vape it.

Just use a good scotch tape when new and you can't even see it on mine.
