I would also recommend keeping you ejuice in a separate ziplock bag in a separate compartment. If you do get stopped TSA will most likely swab everything down to check for residue of hazardous materials. For some reason, certain types of ejuice must give a positive reading.

I typical travel with at 8 Mech, 2 VW devices, batteries for all removed from the devices and in separate carriers, a charger, and under 60ml juice in my carryon.

My bag is checked @ 70% of the time (which honestly I’m thankful for). The entire process takes no more than a few minutes and I have never had anything confiscated.

I’ve set of the chemical test twice (LAX), which does sucks because then they will remove everything from your carry on slowing the process considerably.

If you are a Mech user and worry about scratched tubes use sleeves and ask TSA to allow you to repack your devices.
