i got shocked by my mech mod

I got shocked by my mech mod, i have a tobh atty clone sitting on a nemesis clone with dual coil reading .4ohm, vtc4 bat, must mention that i have sweaty palms, they are always very sweaty palms, cld this be the problem?

I don't think sweaty palms would cause that but I might be wrong...
My gut call is a short somewhere- maybe a coil touching the cap or deck.
Bad insulator on your switch...
Beyond that, dunno.
I would put it aside though until you figure out why. Dead shorting a battery can lead to all kinds of bad things.

I had a look and the coils clear the deck and not touching the cap, ill investigate more, thanks!

Also possible a small piece of metallic crud has gotten into your switch.

It has happened before. I think the guy found a small piece of Kanthal got in his somehow.
