I just wrapped my first dual set of 6 wrap 22ga kanthal coils the other day wrapped around one of those basic small screw driver that you get in the box with just about any RDA you buy .

I usually use my RX200 to crank the watts to get a warm vape but its broken so im using just my single battery Denali Mechanical mod with a Mason RDA " the smaller one/24mm" and with this set up its not giving me the heat or throat hit that I need.

If I take a wrap off each coil will that help heat things up or do I need more wraps and a smaller diameter coil?

Any isight would be great, im just now getting into coil building... thank you guys!

I would suggest a build around 0.7 ohms with a series (two 18650) Mech or a 0.3 ohms with a single 18650.

I only have my Denali right now, is there anything I can do with this single battery mechanical?
What size wire would I need and how many wraps?

Use a 1/8" drill bit and go to a single coil of 8 (8/7) wraps with the 22 AWG.

Im not really suuuuuuure what kind of battery it is.
I just know that when I go to our local vape shop I say give me the best one you have for maximum performance.
