As I said I can’t find any opinions on this. Say you are screwing screws into a post on an RDA and the screw is completely screwed in but you don’t know so you keep turning and the screwdriver slips out. Would you Vape on that atomizer without rinsing it? Would you be concerned about metal dust coming off the screw?

I wouldn't worry about the very minor microscopic metal dust that was in there if it was already wicked and ready.
But if it's just the atty with coils in it i'd rinse it off first.
