Ijoy Captain. Rated up to 237 watts running on 2x 20700. No release date or pricing information yet.

Just looking at the pictures it looks to have a good size fire button and a 510 pin location that may accommodate attys which are over 25mm. UPDATE : Ijoy confirmed via an instagram post that the captain can hold a 30mm atty.

I've included mooch's test of the Ijoy 20700 rating them at 30A and 3000mAh. Also included is his test of the Sanyo 20700A which he rates at 30A 3100mAh! Yes, those are Mooch's numbers, not the manufacturer's claim.

but seriously it looks awesome. i wonder if it'll handle the 21700 samsung batteries. it should but depends how tight the battery trey is

except the zenith but yeah. the solo v2 pro i got was pretty much DOA and lets not forget the original asholio lmao

Very true. But I LOVE my Combo Tank and bet it would pair great with this mod. A complete IJoy setup. All matchy matchy and stuff LOL

yeah ijoy attys have been great. the exo rta is my favorite rta. the ijoy combo is one of my favorite RDTAs. the maxo V12 is a great tank and the EXO XL tank is a great tank (sans the C2 coil)

You know for the longest time I thought that IJoy and Joyetech were the same company. I once told my daughter that she needs to tell Joyetech that they owe her money for using her name. I spelled her name like they do Joye LOL

Haven't had luck with them.... Every Ijoy I've owned the 510 is held by (2) small screws that become loose.... Then you loose one.. then the door rattles, and then throw the bitch away....

But what do you expect for $49.00

IDK if you care to use any dual battery mods anymore that are only 24mm wide but the dovpo M VV hits great too and has a 1-8 volt range

So we have a release date of May 15. The captain will ship with 2 batteries like IJOY did with The Limitless Lux.

1st price I found was at heaven's gift. $80. 3 choices, gun metal, black and rainbow. Looks 18 stickers are available to change the looks.

Maybe, who knows. My Ijoys have held up well. So based upon my personal experience the finish on the Captain should hold up well. I'm more concerned about the carbon fibre stickers adhering.

I've ordered like the new mods this week do I really need a 4th? That rainbow one is calling my name but I'm not sold on the batts until mooch tests them

So, how do the iJoy chips handle TCR? Are they accurate?
I'd get one at the prices I've seen if they will do SS 430 and NiFe52.

I think the only iJoy mod I have is the LUX with the awesome 26650's they included, the batteries last for a damn long time. TC on it sucks though and I am not sure if this will be any better but have one showing up tomorrow so will check it out.

I know @Deucesjack has had a Captain for awhile now, maybe he can chime in with how the TC works.

Sure, my Captain does run a little hot in TC. For instance, I have a tank I normally run at 85 watts and 500 degrees on my FSK, DNA, and Yihi mods. On the Captain I run the same tank at 70-75 watts and 470-480 degrees. Hope that helps.
