One day at a time.
40 years of smoking took it's toll on my pulmonary system. Had to quit. Couldn't quit. Tried and tried. Cried and cried. Still kept puffing along. Coughing, wheezing, getting real bad bronchitis, low oxygen levels. Still couldn't quit. Taking chantix, cried even more. Dreams of killing people. Dreams of getting murdered. Crying again. Everything made me cry. Then our lives changed and I felt as if I couldn't go on...
Saturday nights out were regular VFW, get shit faced drunk, go home pass out and wheeze all night, up in the morning to cry some more.
I was smoking and taking chantix, same time. Couldn't give it up.

One Saturday night, a VFW friend turned me onto an ecig. Well, that started the whole new lifestyle.

It's been over 2 years, smoke free, forth generation vaping devices, still old school :)

Vaping saved my life in more ways than just quitting smoking.

Good going Paula, it was the hardest thing I ever did. I had been a 3 pack a day smoker, I got it down to just a few each day for a long time before I finally just threw them out. I tried chantix, lol I ended up smoking more while I was on it.
