Indiana House Endorses Vape Tax

Those of us who follow CASAA updates know that these sort of tax proposals are becoming ubiquitous. They also represent very little political risk for those who propose them, vote for them, and sign them into law, because, let's face it, vapers are a very small percentage of the population.

It sucks, but if (like me) you're philosophically opposed to paying such taxes, there's likely only one way to avoid it, and that's to stockpile before they come into effect. My home state of PA did 40% back in October of 2016, but they will get nothing from me. The liquid I'm vaping right now is made from nic I bought tax-free in 2014.
