Is E-cigarette Legislation Backfiring?

Writing in the Winston Salem Journal earlier this month, journalist Richard Craver opens his article regarding this, with the words, “A second Ivy League study has found a connection between higher age requirements for purchasing electronic cigarettes and increased use of traditional cigarettes by youths.” Seems the gateway theory that vaping leads to smoking is very much NOT the case, and depriving teenagers that already smoke of a viable, less harmful alternative is actually doing more harm.
