I will also add when getting a charger look for a smart charger that will stop charging once the batteries are charged, you can find good deals on these easily. As far as the batteries go I would check out https://www.imrbatteries.com/ or http://liionwholesale.com/ . Both of them are trusted sources for safe batteries and have good prices on them.
