Without researching the actual specs of the tp4056, the fact they are only about a buck, if they do the trick charging at 1 amp, I'd say it is a great idea.
The real question comes in (remember I have NOT researched the specs of them) if they are capable of a "STOP CHARGE" once the cell reaches full charge.

Yep they do turn off when the battery is charged.
