istick wont fully charge help!

Just bought my girl a 20w I stick off of craigslist with a bunch of vape stuff only thing wrong is when I charge it won't charge fully it gets stuck on 3 bars won't go any higher or fully charge should I let it die then try again what should I do I don't want it to die if I use all battery life for good

A little bit of advice, NEVER charge any ecigs using your PC ports, you could blow the port or worst the mother board. The used mod has a internal 18650 bat which may just be worn some.

It seems the battery will charge forever maybe it's at the limit it will hold smokies my laptop thanks you I just don't want to use all of the battery and have it never work learned my lesson buying used I really want to figure this out for my girl she's jealous my mvp 2.0 works fine
