I got my Joyetech Penguin about a week ago, but have been sick most of the last week and haven't been vaping much. I've finally been able to start using it and gotta say, I'm pretty impressed with it so far for a starter kit type setup. I got mine from Heaven Gifts and they're always top notch.

I love the look of it, very sleek and doesn't look like a vape device, it's also very ergonomic and feels great in the hand. It's a nice little MTL setup, I've been using the 0.6 coil, but it also includes a 0.25 coil and the flavor is surprisingly good. Very simple to operate, there are no wattage or air adjustments to make, but it performs very well. I've been taking it with me while I'm out of the house and really like it, it has a 8ml tank which is nice (there is also a 2ml tank available for those that have TPD restrictions. It has a 2000mAh internal battery but has a very quick 2A recharge rate.

Overall, it's a great little starter kit for someone new that wants simplicity, might be a bit intimidated by most vape gear or just wants something a little different. It's also nice for experienced vapers that want a no muss, no fuss, no leak set up to carry around.

Hi @Roadtrip635 I won my Penguin from @Heaven Gifts a few weeks ago and I must say that is a very nice device! I was surprised on how great this vapes! I am a DL vaper and it is perfect for me! My hubby stole it from me but he is a MTL vaper and he puts his finger over the air flow hole, but he really likes this Penguin and I am glad that he is using it, as I have been trying to get him to vape more for years. He has been using the iStick 10w with a gsair tank and has been happy with that for 2 years, but has broken many a tank and really likes the all in one of the Penguin, he would rather have this in Black- but I will get a Black one if he keeps using this one!
The Joyetech Penguin is very lightweight and fits in a T-Shirt pocket- love that it has a 8ml tank- he is not a heavy vaper so this Penguin lasts for days with 1 fill up and the charge(2,000 mAh Battery)
It is nice that you can use your own juice to fill the cartridge
The only problems I could find :
No Juice window- but pulling out the cartridge is easy to see
    No airflow control
Spare coils and tanks are impossible to find- I was able to order from https://cloudypeakvapes.com/collections/tanksandcoils/products/joyetech-penguin-coils
@Cloudy Peak Vapes also sells the Penguin Kit!

Glad to hear that your hubby likes it, that's half the battle right there. Finding a rig you like definitely helps in vaping more and smoking less. You're right about an external juice window, but with the huge 8.8ml capacity, it's not something you need to check often. I'm a DL vaper most of the time, but also do restricted DL and MTL, depending on my mood and juice flavors. Thanks for the link, hopefully the spare coils will be widely available soon, Heaven Gifts still have them on pre-order. https://www.heavengifts.com/product/Joyetech-ATOPACK-JVIC1-MTL-Head-5pcs.html

I bought my coils from Cloudy Peak Vapes- very quick delivery! Cloudy Peaks didn't have the spare pods but Andrew has them on order.

Bought, works nice. Two hang-ups are no adjustments and something of a burnt taste I do not care for rom the ceramic coil.

I don't get a burnt taste from mine- love ceramic coils, they usually last a very long time, I have the Freemax Starre Pure tank and that uses ceramic coils! Did you prime the coil before installing (putting drops of eliquid into the coil like the instructions show), let the tank sit a bit, like 15 minutes before vaping? Also many beginner AIO kits do not have wattage adjustments, makes it easier for a newbie to operate. I am not a newbie to vaping and I like this for on the go vaping! No breaking or leaking tank to worry about.
What is the pg/vg of the liquid you are using? I have used 30pg/70vg and it seems to vape well. Also chain vaping might make the coil taste burnt.
Which coil are you using- the MTL or DL coil? I am using the .6Ω coil(mtl).
My hubby has been using the Penguin and he puts his finger over the air flow hole a bit, too much vape for him, but he is going on 3 weeks using the Penguin and the same initial coil, he likes it, no complaints of burnt coils.
