Got this Cstrd in a mystery pkg. Maybe less than 5mls missing out of 100mls.

Or is it 5 MLs out of a 10 ML bottle? Personally I would never accept an open bottle since if it isn't sealed at the Vape Store I won't accept it. That is unless I really knew the person I got it from and trusted them.
