what is sub ohm ? what I understand is below 1 ohm usually 0.25 or 0.5 or so . and the coils are not rebuildable ??
said who ?....have about 50 or so rta and 99 % leak like crazy . just played with a free max sub ohm tank ..the air comes from the top and then down to below the coil and up . that's the way it should be in my opinion.
did not like the coil so I wound my usual micro coil 3 mm 28 g kanthal . temporaly put in a rebuildable base to dry burn and sqeese together . with the 2 ends facing down ..put in cotton wick and dropped that into the dismantled ceramic coil holder ( horizontal ) one lead touching the outer , the other throw the center of the silicone insulator pushed in and inserted the pos pin back in . everything cheked out wit the ohm meter . a little high ... about 2 ohms . now I get it to work the way I am used to with low wattage 18 w or so .
rebuilding is just as easy as pie , the tank is not leaking at all . very happy with it , and great flavor.
