I recently purchased a dripbox 160 and love it so far, but I am having some problems with it not getting all the juice in the bottle. Also when I pull the bottle out of the mod a white rubber piece is stuck in the bottle and goes down with it. Ive watched reviews of it to see if it was supposed to do that and none of them did it. Im wondering if the rubber piece coming down with the bottle has something to do with it not getting all the juice out. I have a picture of the rubber piece coming down and the amount of juice thats always left in the bottle. Any advice is greatly appreciated.
