Kanger SSOCC--Stamped Wattage Range Incorrect???

So I'm just getting back into vaping after a hiatus of about 7 years. Just received the Kanger SSOCC coils in 1.2Ω and 1.5Ω (Nichrome) to try in Protank 4 on Subox Mini-C.

So why is the wattage range, as printed on the coil itself, LESS for the 1.2Ω than the 1.5Ω? Is there something I'm missing or are these f'd up? (the first image is of mine, the second one is from a Google search)

I've always found the "recommended wattage" to be a bunch of baloney :p

I'd just start low and ramp it up until you find the sweet spot

Thanks, Lucy--that's kinda the impression I've gotten as I've been googling around for the wattage range on these...answers seem to be all over the place. Consensus seemed to be, "go with what's printed on the coil"...but clearly that can't be right judging by the wack ones I got. Certainly not helpful to a noob. o_O

I haven't used those types of coils for quite awhile, but when I did, recommended settings almost always sucked

Also see a lot of problems posted by people using the recommended wattage and afraid to go up or down
