Kayfun lite v2 airflow clogged??

I have had my kayfun lite v2 clone for almost a year now and all of a sudden the airflow is almost non existent. I have taken the bottom screw out and it is still very tight. It has never been this way. I broke everything down and cleaned it And picked around in the air flow holes to make sure nothing was blocking them. Has anyone ever had this happen?

Yep, I used a paper clip and a pipe cleaner to remove some buildup. Pretty nasty looking stuff. That's why I hot tank my attys once a week in an ultrasonic cleaner.

I use those little dental brushes to clean mine. You can get a pack of four at the dollar store for, you guessed it, one dollar. I take off the coil and the 510 pin and clean all the way through and clean the air holes. Mine was getting pretty stiff in the draw and this helped.
