I saw this tutorial under a DIY e liquid forum by our very own Scuba Matt and i don't know if it was posted here or anywhere else but it's a must watch .

I looked under what i thought were the appropriate forums for this and didn't see anything there either.

No problem. Fred did a good job with the video. I posted it here somewhere else too. I don't know how it got in the DIY eliquid forum.
