Because we need to get people smoking again to recover lost cigarette tax money, keep Master Settlement funds from Big Tobacco coming, and Big Pharma winning on both sides by selling chemicals to the tobacco companies to put in cigarettes AND selling NRT products that don't work!

Can't keep that cash flow running if people aren't feeding the system by vaping instead.

It doesn't matter some of the youths who are vaping won't get Cancer or other Health Related Diseases from smoking. I wish they put as much energy into preventing Teen Smoking. It used to bother me seeing kids smoking near the schools and although I am not actually happy to see then vaping it is freaking better for them.
