Looking for advice.

    I made an order with breazy.com ten days ago. It's for a bundle of ejuice that cost $29.99. I ordered through Breazy but Bubba Juice is supposed to send it (I think). On the breazy site it says "usually ships within 5 days". I should have paid closer attention. I usually only buy things that are *in stock*.

    I got no notification email of it being sent so I sent them a message. A guy got back to me and said "trouble with one of our vendors. It may take a little longer". I replied, any idea when? May I chose an alternate item? It's supposed to be a gift. Nothing back and its been days. His birthday has come and gone so the gift idea is over.

    Should I call them on the phone? I just want something on the way. I would prefer to stick with what I ordered but Bubba is having trouble I guess. There are hundreds of other things to pick from there. I'd be happy to switch but I think all orders are final.

    What should I do? I dont want to be waiting all month.

    I've even sent a PM here to @Breazy_Com . No response.

    Do I have reason to be upset, because I am at this point. It's not Breazys fault at all. But they are ignoring me.

    Its my fault for not paying close attention, and Bubba for not keeping up with demand. I've never even tried it before.

    Well 5 days is a long time to prepare orders....... 1 or 2 I can see.....

    All you can do is keep trying to contact the vendor... you will either get the juice your money or a lesson.....

    Regardless... for the time being... I would order more juice from somewhere else.. while I try to fix the first order mess.

    I was on all day in and out yesterday. You must have messaged me after I was off for the night.

    I replied to your PM as I always do. We will certainly work it out now that you got to me. Everyone here knows we always take care of everything. I must however apologize for the issues we are having. I told you who to email in the message and gave him a heads up. Let me know that it is worked out to your satisfaction ! Thanks again for your orders and again, sorry for any issues you have had.

    Thanks we do try. That's probably why we've managed to be here so long. If someone brings something to our attention we do our best to respond. Every vendor gets problems or issues. The important thing is that in the end it gets resolved to the satisfaction of the customer !

    I'm all sorted out. I'm grateful to you guys at Breazy for letting us switch. I picked something real nice and am excited to get it. Thanks again for everything. I'll post again when it comes..here or the vape mail thread.

    It really makes me happy when someone reaches out to me here and we get it worked out. Makes me feel like I'm doing what I'm supposed to lol. For anyone who's been reading this thread I'm usually on the forum twice a day. Morning and night. Sometimes more and rarely at least once a day. It's our full intention to offer the best customer service we can and take care of our VU family ! :)
