It's also totally stupid to buy nicotine at less than 100mg (10%); it just means you have to have more room to store it. Buying it at high concentration means you're not wasting money on someone else's PG, or wasting storage space, then when you mix your liquid, you only need a tiny bit of it to reach the desired mg level.
