Looking for the most accurate ohm reader

I'd like to know people's thoughts of what is the most accurate ohm reader on the market. (outside of an actual multi-meter) Because all my builds on my current ohm reader seem to be off when put on any VV/VW device. Plus I just got an Atlantis with 0.5 ohm coils. My ohm reader is reading them as 0.65 and 0.68 on the other coil.

Smok offers a very nice unit. It is off by .01 according to my fluke which cost me over 400 bucks. So I would say you can't go wrong with it. Someone on here has a pretty good deal on it too.
