Low Hit With High Vapor

So for me this is the million dollar question (of course if I had a million I would just have someone do it)... I am fairly new to the vaping scene, smoked hookahs here and there, but never cigs. I have a basic Apollo setup, with a Kanger Pro 3 and 2 tank, but it is just not giving me what I want. I only smoke when I go out drinking, two to four times a month, but I'm not afraid to spend a little to get what I want.

I've been looking at the Russian 91% but have lots of questions about coils and how to get the vapor without a lot of heat...

Any suggestions and ideas are welcome!

How about implementing instant on-demand thermostatic heat at the point of contact?
