Mixing Flavor Bases; Do I have this right?

Sorry, maybe a stupid question. I just want to confirm before attempting to combine 120 mls of flavoring. To make a flavor base, I combine like this:

Game Over Custard Base
28.99% Vanilla Custard V1 (Capella)
14.49% Cake Batter (Capella)
14.49% Vanilla Bourbon (Flavour Art)
14.49% Vanilla Swirl (TFA)
7.25% Brown Sugar Extra (TFA)
7.25% Graham Cracker Clear (TFA)
7.25% Marshmallow (Flavour Art)
3.62% Cookie (Flavour Art)
2.17% Coconut (Flavour Art)

Now I've got that. GOC is 13.8% total flavoring. So now I mix this together:

Game Over Custard 120ml
Nicotine Strength 3.00 mg
PG Level 30.00%
VG Level 70.00%
Amount to make 120.000 ml
NicSelect 100mg nicotine, 3.00%, 4.496 g
Propolene Glycol, 16.20%, 20.140 g
Vegetable Glycerin, 67%, 100.420 g
(Flavor Base) 13.8%, 16.560 g

And that yields me a 120 ml batch of finished GOC. Have I got it straight?

Also, any advice regarding mixing with pre-prepared flavor bases? I'm getting a little bored with repetitive mixing sessions that end with me having to re-shelve 50 different flavor concentrate bottles. Trying to streamline the process.

You should be making what makes you not smoke and what makes you happy. Thats the only part that matters.
