Mod won't turn off nor can I change wattage

Hello all I have the iJoy/Limitless Lux 215W Mod. As the title says I am unable to change my wattage or turn my vape off. My mod randomly jumped up to the max wattage as I was vaping and I can do nothing to adjust it so my first response it to turn it off and back but it won't turn off. I have tried taking the batteries out and trying different batteries to see if that was the problem, but even with the new batteries in it still was having the same problem so it seems to me that there is something wrong with the mod. If anyone could help me figure out what the problem is I would appreciate it

What firmware version?
Try updating or reinstalling the latest version.

Is there anyway for me to hard reset the mod I have tried looking it up and reading the manual but I found no such thing so I seem to be at a loss here.
Edit- I also have only had it for about 2 months
Edit 2 - http://prntscr.com/fhaapd Also here is a screenshot of my OLED screen so that you can see the readings I also noticed that its getting no resistance reading even with the atomizer on not sure if that helps with trying to figure out whats wrong with it but figured I would note it.

Haha as frustrated as I am I would love to but the mod is expensive so I'm holding back

I contacted them and they told me to email them so I did and they said they are going to replace it with a new one. Thank you for the help
