Modifying BF Pulse?

Okay guys this may be a dumb idea but I have an old Moonshot box and an extra Pulse. I was planning on using the 510, bottle, and button from the extra Pulse and getting a dual 20700 battery sled and possibly making a homemade dual 20700 squonk box. Is that in any way practical, and if so what pitfalls should I be watching out for during my franksteinian build?
