It's not a ban yet. "The bill now goes to the House of Representatives for consideration with the Governor likely to cause more trouble in the future as he continues his misjudged crusade against e-cigarettes."

Plus, Gov. Snyder has already vetoed a similar bill this year

This IS good. The governor vetoed a ban to minors so the more it goes in the media the more he will be pressured to accept the ban with no tobacco classification/tax

I find it simply amazing that our taxpayer dollars need to go to fund a no brainer like not selling Vape Gear and E-Liquids to minors.

When are they going to fund a study that results with the powers that be understanding that this is not a tobacco product!
