mosfet keeps goin out after solder it

I think it's the heat from the iron but have two boxes that I am working on diy things just playing around trying and can't get anything but auto fire Idk why or what but want my ugly boxes to be vaped on the

Do you have a 1/4 watt 15K resistor soldered between the S and G leads on the mosfet?

Yes I do have been threw four mosfet and resistors no luck​

If anyone has pics of how it is done correctly would help the diagram is just isn't enough I guess
