Make sure you put your Batteries in good battery cases is the most important.
I flew to Dubai last year and had my batteries in my carry on.
30ml bottles of juice and my mods in my check in bag.
I didn't have a problem at the airports.
Keep in mind this was August last year so the airlines may have some tighter restrictions now.
    Best to check with them

If you are moving then you might have better luck breaking your stuff down and shipping it. Not sure how much stuff you have to take but if it is a lot that seems to me it would be safer with less hassle.

I have sold most of my gear and what remains are 4 mods, 6 atties, 5pairs 18650 and planning to take some juices also. Thank you for the advice

If thats the case keep the batteries on you, your stealth vape and enough juice to get through security. Stuff the rest of it in the suitcase and call it a day.

    Yeah, Canada is tricky.
Went on a fishing trip up there years ago.
Took 6 cases of beer with me and they confiscated 4 of them at the border.
    Good luck!

Thats just because they wanted to drink it. Canadian beer pretty much sucks (Unibroue excluded).
