need a little help so I dont waste wire.

I have 22g omega n90 round wire. I normally build 2 coils, each are 7 wrap around my 3.5mm coiling pole, which ohms out at .117 I like my builds hot on my rda and I want to wrap the wire before I build my next coils. I would like to stay around 3mm to 3.5mm but so im not wasting wire I wanted to know if anyone knew how many wraps to ohm out under .16 also to clarify I will be wrapping the 22g with my drill.
