so i bought a apocalypse gen 2 today running it in a smok gx350 at 80 watts with 2 pre built tiger coils wich read at 0.3 now in the mod i am running 4 samsung 25r 18650 25000mah 3.7v batteries is this safe

The batteries are 2500 mah - probably a typo
As long as you are practicing everything else safely also, you should be good to go
but the batteries where getting hot earlier so i took the rda off

It is normal for batteries to get very warm while vaping
Now if they get so hot you can't touch them, that means there is a problem
Check that your coils are not touching the posts or sides of the rda. It's probably the RDA heating the mod (and batteries). Samsung 25Rs run cooler than other batteries. If they get to hot they will vent, but I have never heard of one that exploded. So yeah, relatively safe. (nothing is 100% safe)
