I just got my first regulated box mod and I'm having problems with only been able to take a one second paul it's so hot that I can't even enjoy it I do get a monster cloud but that's not the only thing I'm looking for I would like to be able to take a long pull like in 10 second Paul 15 seconds full that's not so hot I can't even do that I have a6 rap basic will build in there at about 8 ohms somebody help me I don't know what I'm doing wrong so I need to have more coverage area do I need the rat my coil like 10 15 times with a higher gauge Kanthal

Is that each coil, or the dual coils ohm rating?

Not that it is making a difference in how hot your vape is, but your coils should be moved up, and not so deep in the juice well.

Thats for both coils,and no chip at all completely. Unregulatwd just has Mosfet uts built very well i think its has a vol meter inside,almost no voltage drop either but i can even take a nice enjoyable,hit fn suck so dam hot

Its way to deep,u think do i have enough cotton i usually dont,put a ton of cottoni also use Ko Gen Do organic def helps with a pure taste i will,move it up what does having it to,low,cause

Try lifting those coils up.

Make sure your screws are tight too.

Too low makes less vapor and less flavor.

When I wick a coil, the cotton on each side just comes down into the well, touching the bottom. I never put excess wick in the bottom of the juice well.

I dont like u bunch in their either because u wind up ahving dry hit even tho its soaked but their still is dry spots due to the large amount of cotten

Personally, I like the Billow RTA for flavor and clouds. Some of my drip atties have good flavor, but I am more an RTA guy anymore. Much more fun to vape when you aren't constantly wetting your wick.

A 0.6 Ohm dual coil should not be too hot to vape. That box you have, are you running the batteries in parallel or series? If Parallel, the volts should be around 4 or so, in series it would be 8+volts which is really, really hot. What does the onboard volt meter say?

At 8v you would be pushing 106.6 watts, way too hot.

Just try moving them up.

If that doesn't help, make a pair of coils with high ohms. Try starting at 1.0 ohms.

This. If it's in series that's definitely your problem. In a perfect world without any voltage drop you're looking at 8.4v straight off the charger. Regardless. If it's too hot for you, build at a higher ohm.
