Need Pepoles Advice on Coil Diameter

I need to know when using Kanthal or Ni200 what diameter will give the best flavor and nice clouds?
And does the diameter differ between Kanthal and Ni200?
I am building coils for RBA bases , one is Uwell Crown , other is Kanger sub mini.

my favs are 2.5 - 3mm ID

Most folks build 2.4-3 mm. I guess it depends on how many wraps, type of wire (and size) and deck space on rda (or tank)
Steam engine is a great resource.

I bought into the micro coil craze (1mm-ish). I started thinking bigger diameter may be better (gennie mesh wicks) as it would hold more liquid. It worked great.
Since then I've been going with 3-3.5mm. After gennies I went TC so I was trying to fit in enough resistance into a given space, the large diameter helps there too.
I'm not sure if it's the best of anything but it works for me.
