Hey all, I need a vape set up that has no metal. I was thinking some of those starter kits out like the Drop or Breeze 2 but am not sure if the coils are metal or not. I work around a lot of metal detectors and my vape in my pocket keeps setting them off. I am allowed to have my vape in my pocket because to go to the area where my stuff is locked up at takes over 10mins (it's a big place) and by the time I get there and back to the break area, my break is over. So they do not have an issue with me having my vape on me, but it is annoying them that my vape is setting off the detectors everywhere I go. Every time I set one off, they have to wand me down....it's annoying me as well. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

This is not possible at the moment I don’t think. Unless there are plastic or other non-metal tanks out there that take ceramic or quarts coils. I don’t know of any decent brands that make anything of the sort.

Can't exist. Metal is needed for the batteries and contacts if nothing else.

Yes, all closed systems at the moment are metal coils.

Any metal detectors I have ever had to go thru in secure facilities have a tray to put key and change in before you walk thru the detectors.

It's not a question of walking through them....if I within a few feet of them the vape sets it off. They are super sensitive. Pain in the ass.

Use whatever mod you like. Just leave it in a secured place near your preferred break spot... Don't carry it with you.

I would love to but with over 1,000 people working there not everyone's morals are good. That shit would walk off faster than a centipede on crack.
