New guy here looking for help

So i just got into the RDA system, and i want to make sure im safe "as of now"
I don't have a tester nor do i have a coil tool. (will get soon bar with me)


My set up Kangertech pro V4 Rda on a Rx200

My coil *old* i had broke which read 0.30 and at times 0.33
I took it upon myself to free wrap a new clapton wire rods (Nichrome 32G+Nichrome 24G) they are tight and very nice, i have not yet wick them.
So now that i free wrap them they are reading a 0.19, Now is this something i should be worried about?

The RX200 is a regulated device and will safely operate a 0.19 ohm coil.

Should you ever install a topper with a coil outside of its safe operating range, the device will not fire. Period

OK another change, I just finished wicking my vape and the Ohms are now at 0.27... what happen?

And now there is a small small burnt taste as well.. although my coils and wick is wet




Problem solve, I pack the cotton so tight that it was dry inside the coils

Yes, it is alright and you're going to need a lot more than 30W ^_^
I have a dual alien clapton build going and it reads 0.14Ω, I'm usually at around 80-100W with it, but I have gone to 150W and it vaped awesome..
The RX gets a little warm but nothing to worry about.

Normally I'm vaping at 30-50W on a .5Ω or at 11W at 1.8Ω...and that is the beauty of regulated vaping, as long as you build w/in the device's specs and have good batteries, there is no wrong way to vape
