New iStick Pico Doesn't turn on or charge.

I got a istick pico yesterday and I used it for about 20 minutes after I got it and put it away. I took it out 10 minutes later and the screen won't turn on so i assumed its dead. After I got home I plugged it in and it showed no signs of charging. I left it charging over night and now it's still completely dead. Is it something wrong with the battery or the actual vape. How can i fix this? Sorry for sounding like a noob, im new to vaping.

Sounds like a bad battery. Try another battery if this does not work try to update it.
