New Jersey Vaping.

I switched from cigarettes to vaping over 10 years ago. I have vaped many flavors and my every day vape has been Murica from Vape Wild for the last few years. Unfortunately I live in the United Socialist Republics of New Jersey (U.S.R.N.J.) where the communist rulers have banned all flavored vape juice. I'm 66 years old so I remember the oppressive nature of the U.S.S.R. My issue now is I need to find an approved juice. I took a hit of a cigarette a few years ago and it was nasty. I have no desire to vape anything that tastes like tobacco. Does anyone know any approved vape juice that doesn't taste like cigarettes?

I know you've heard it before but I'll ask again. Have you considered making your own ejuice? It's less expensive and it really is simple.

I actually have the ingredients to make my own juice. I bought the nicotine, PG, VG, and some flavors. Eventually that supply will run out. Buying more won't be a problem except for the flavorings. I spoke to a few online shops and they seem to think selling the flavorings will be a problem with the new law even though it's not technically flavored vape juice.

Even before the law took effect in April Vape Wild stopped taking orders from their web site for NJ customers. Apparently as soon as the new law was passed it prohibited sellers from giving any kind of discount or sale price to NJ customers. You had to make the order either by phone or through their chat. I made a huge order last month. They told me that normally they would give me a nice discount for that kind of volume but NJ prohibits it under the new law.

These "Hemp Flavor Enhancers" were made for this in mind.
They are flavoring that you just add to "hemp" eliquid.
Hemp isn't banned there.

As long as you promise to not add nicotine instead of hemp... :D

They are basically flavor shots.

Also @Smoky Blue may know more places to get flavor shots.

Flavoring is used for many other purposes other than ejuice. Flavoring won't be the problem. Nicotine will be the problem.

From what I understand so far the NJ ban is for flavored vape juice not nicotine. You can still purchase tobacco flavored vape juice with nicotine. I haven't read the entire law so I'm not sure if it restricts the purchase of plain nicotine. I have a pretty big bottle that I purchased online back in March.

Am I missing something then? If you can get all the supplies to DIY and you know how to DIY what's the problem?
I was chatting with Vape Wild and they said they didn't think they could sell just the flavorings legally. That led me to believe DIY shops would have the same problem. I was not aware of the sites that sell Hemp flavor enhancements. If that's the case then I guess I don't have a problem. Rest assured you didn't miss anything.

Oh no. I guess I just didn't understand the problem. There are quite a few companies that sell flavoring. I buy all my flavoring from Flavor West.

I have bought flavorings from them before the NJ ban. I sent them an email asking if they can still ship to NJ but no reply yet.

I don't see why they shouldn't. Technically there isn't a flavoring ban in New Jersey. There is a flavored e-cigarette ban.

I have been buying most of my vaping stuff online, some charge that extra NJ tax, and some don't.

During the Pandemic I also ordered from my local vape shop who drops at my door with no contact.
