I like it so far. It's quite moody isn't it. I like that. It gives it a feel, if that makes sense

it's very dark and moody, and as i said before, not easy to watch especially if you have kids.

I watched most of the 1st 2 seasons then i missed a bunch. Eventually I'll go back and watch I just hate missing parts of a show. I really need to see them in order or I get all pissy and annoyed. I'm weird like that.
Have you watched Person of Interest? That's currently my 'go to' series

I do like anime. I'm really glad netflix are starting to do it. I have a lot of boxsets of it. Some of the movies and series are really professionally made and the DVDs come with extras where they interview the actors.

* the world should know - anime is not just for porn

Season 4 will be starting this fall. It's a different story each season. Mostly the same actors, different characters, different setting. Season 1 was a haunted house type thing, season 2 was about an insane asylum, season 3 was witches, I think season 4 is a carnival/freak show. Also don't forget The Walking Dead if you haven't seen that.

Ooooo just saw you are in UK. If you watch TV on your PC or use a home theater PC you should check out the browser addon "Hola Better Internet" makes netflix loads better.

Use it in conjunction with moreflicks.com. Moreflicks will tell you what country's netflix is playing the show/movie then you just tell hola addon to route you through that country and netflix pops up that country's netflix content.

Isn't that Twilight? I'm gonna download that thing JediTT mentioned. Hopefully it'll work and I'll pick up some decent shows

Hell no dude!

In Supernatural, vampires are the bad dudes or big busted bad gals that suck blood.

Twilight vamps just sparkle and just plain SUCK!

Ah ok. I think twilight is meant for 12 yr old girls. Is supernatural as good as true blood.. cz that gonna take some beating in my book. I've still got a season to watch. Maybe two. Not sure. So much tv. So little time.

Hobby, just trust me about Supernatural!

Two brothers fighting the entire underworld of nasty things.

Nasty Vampires, witches, werewolves, demons and.........................................The list grows and grows!

And you will also come to see that Angels are assholes with wings!

I have been watching Sherlock for the first time, and liking it a lot so far. The new season is coming out on the BBC network, but i am spoiled and doubt i could stand the ads and having to wait on another episode once one is finished

I saw the first two seasons (seasons? 3 episodes) of Sherlock first time found a few weeks ago. I thought it was brilliant. But no 3rd season on netflix so I might actually buy it on amazon. You get ads on the BBC network? I never knew that.

We tried to watch Hemlock. I don't think we made it past the first episode. Too bad, 'cause it looked like a good idea for a show.

Has anyone watched The Gates?

We watched it a while back.

That's not to say it was good, but we were mildly disappointed there was no second season.

I've been watching the first (only) season for the first time and getting through it before watching the movie.
Been so looking forward to this. I hope it's not a let down as I really enjoyed the series. Am keeping my fingers crossed that River is gonna kick some ass.

Totally. That's why I've been taking my time.

My wife and I watch Netflix and Amazon mostly. Person of Interest is a very interesting premise. Longmire, Dexter (till it gets a bit much), Foyles War is excellent (British), Downton Abbey, Blood in the Wire (strange at first but worth it), The Bletchley Circle, Ripper Street, Copper but then I don't watch it much.... LOL

Copper. Ripper Street. Land Girls. The Glades. I tend toward historical drama and then the occasional light-hearted funny stuff.
Wire in the Blood is awesome if you haven't read the book series first. I was smart I watched the series then realized they were written around books. Oh I have an entire collection of books to read now. But the two I read were awesome.

I'm sad that Copper ended and that Ripper Street has new seasons out but not on nf yet.
