Newbie Battery Charge Question

Hey guys, So today I brought a Efest LUC V4 to charge my batterys,

After a full charge on my LG HE4s one battery read 4.21v and the other 4.25v,

Is this within safe limits of the batterys? Just being at 4.25 I was a little scared lol, What do you experts think?
Looking at this : Charging voltage: 4.20 +/- 0.05 V, Im guessing its within the safe limits? I just wanted to be sure is all.

Some specs on the battery

You are fine, they are within limits. Most charge up to 4.2V, but don't measure out to 100ths.

I have an older LUC4 - apparently the newer ones measure out to hundredths. But 4.2 or thereabouts is the typical full charge - run your cells down to 3.6 or so and charge them back up - all should be fine. If you're as anal-retentive as I am, mark them 1 and 2, then switch up the order they run in your mod - 1 on the left and 2 on the right first cycle, then 2 on the left and 1 on the right the next. The longevity added by doing this is likely minimal, but will ensure a more even discharge over the several hundred charge cycles you should be expecting.
