Wisconsin is where those people vaped some unknown liquid they bought off the street so one of two things happened here.

I normally blame the person speaking in the article/video but the way that the news didn't even mention that the people were vaping some unknown shit they got off the street makes me think that it's possible that the media interviewed her and just used a clip that followed their agenda.

Or they could all be batshit crazy.
