Not putting out enough power?

My 30w Infinite zero clone isn't hitting as hard as it used to. I'd say it's performance was cut in half. Using the same build as I was, 28g 2.0 coil, 9 wraps. It blew clouds like an old coal train, now it's weak. I've tried rebuilding, different batteries, nothing works. I put my atomizer on someone else's mod at the same watts and it performed well like it used to. Not sure what's wrong!

If you were to take your RTA/RDA apart, and remove the cotton, then crank that puppy up to 30 watts, and put a voltmeter on the (carefully) screws that hold the coil in, you should see around 7.7 volts according to Ohms law. That is what I'd do. I suspect this is not th case. I would clean the crap out of all the connections, at the battery and the 510 on both the ATTY, and the Infinite clone. If the thing is screwed up beyond that it doesn't look good. :(
