I just put some fused Clapton coils in my new kensei rta but when I fire the coils they go from .25 to .28 ohms. And then when they cool down they go back to .25 I have tightened everything down but they still do it on my mod and ohm reader. Is this ok

Not uncommon for a mod that reads resistance in real time. As the temp of the coil increases so does the resistance, as the coil cools it comes back down. Try this one just for fun. Take a coil that you know the resistance of and put it in the freezer for an hour, then check it on your reader. Bet it reads significantly lower. Anyway, as long as it's not jumping much more than .03 or .04 ohms you should be fine.
